How to resolve the issue of an unresponsive export process
If you are exporting models out of the treatment planning software and the software does not respond when clicking Save, the cause is most likely a special character in the patient's name or the export path.
- Special characters: é, à, ö, etc.
- Export path: The series of folders in the file directory where you are exporting to.
To resolve this issue, either reimport the patient without the special character in their name or select a different folder path to export to.
