Once you have created an account in the ArchForm treatment planning software, you will be shown an Account Created message and asked to please check your email for a confirmation link.

The email should arrive to the email address you used to create your account shortly after seeing this message.

Note: this email will come from [email protected], and it might get put into your spam/junk inbox.

How to confirm account

If you did not receive the email after creating account, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click Reverify Email.
  3. Input your account email and click Resend Verification Link.

How to verify email

If your account is confirmed but you still cannot log in to the desktop app, please sign in to the Dashboard to complete email verification by clicking Click to Complete at the top.

  1. Click Verify my email address in the ‘Account email’ section, and click Send verification code in the popup.
  2. Check your email for the verification code and enter it in the popup.
  3. Click Verify to complete your email verification.
