Refinements allow you to adjust your patient's treatment plan partway through treatment.

How to submit for refinement

1: You can create a refinement order after accepting a setup on an alignment order.

2: To start, click + New Refinement.

3: Select an order type.

• You can choose to submit to ArchForm for refinement by orthodontists or technicians or you can handle the refinement yourself.

4: Upload scans

• Both upper and lower refinement scans are required.

5: Upload photos & X-rays

• If you choose to submit to ArchForm for refinement, photos are required.

6: Complete the prescription.

7: Click Submit to place an order.
