You have the option to either design the setup yourself, or submit patients for ArchForm alignment by an orthodontist or technician to save you the time of creating their treatment plans.

Self Alignment: Align the teeth yourself using ArchForm’s desktop software.

Orthodontist Alignment: Diagnosis and treatment planning advice from a specialist. This includes diagnosis, treatment plan designed by an orthodontist, comments, and recommendations for treatment.

Technician Alignment: Basic setup and alignment of the 3D model, no orthodontist diagnosis or evaluation.

How to submit for alignment by creating an order

1: To start, click + New Order.

2: Select order type.

• Select whether you wish to design the setup yourself or submit it to ArchForm for alignment by an orthodontist or technician.

3: Upload Models

• Upload scans: Both upper and lower scans are required to proceed.
• Upload .archform: Supports uploading previous ArchForm treatment plan files.

4: Upload photos & X-rays

• If you are submitting the patient to ArchForm for alignment, photos are required.

5: Complete the prescription. The prescription will be pre-filled from the previous order.

• Click 3D Model Visualization to view the scans uploaded in the previous step.

6: Review order information and click Submit to place an order.
