Upload both upper and lower refinement scans.
Click Create Refinement.
When refinement is created, start scan processing for this refinement by clicking OK in the popup window to download and open the scan files.
Refinements allow you to adjust your patient's treatment plan partway through treatment.
To create refinement, click + Refinement.

Pleas make sure current edits have been uploaded to the Dashboard before creating refinement. Skipping upload will discard those after creating refinement.

In the Create Refinement popup window,
Upload both upper and lower refinement scans.
Click Create Refinement.
When refinement is created, start scan processing for this refinement by clicking OK in the popup window to download and open the scan files.
The scan files will be downloaded and opened in Desktop App after creating refinement.
If download failed, scan files for refinement can be downloaded and opened from Dashboard.
Go to the patient detail page on Dashboard.
Click Open in Desktop App in the 3D Models in the alignment order. The scan files should be downloaded and opened in Desktop App.
