Refinements allow you to adjust your patient's treatment plan partway through treatment.

How to submit for refinement

1. Click Create Order.

2. Select the order you want and submit it to ArchForm. You can choose from orthodontist alignment order, technician alignment order or self alignment order.

3. Upload scans

   Both upper and lower refinement scans are required to proceed.

4. Upload photos & X-rays

5. Complete the prescription.

6. Click Submit to place an order.
