Add Pontic

Following are the steps to add a pontic group:

1. Click on a goal that should be the starting stage of the pontic group.
2. Click Pontic on the tools panel.
3. Click the + button on the model to add a pontic. You can use the + button or the - button, or enter a value directly to modify the number of ponitcs in a pontic group. If you want to remove pontics, click on the trash icon.
4. Click DONE to complete.

How to edit a pontic

By selecting a pontic, you can modify its position using gizmo, and changing its shape and size at the pontic tools panel.

To remove a selected pontic group, you can click Remove Pontic Group.

How to adjust the stage range of a pontic group

• Simple staging:

  Start Goal indicates from where a pontic group is added. The start goal can be changed by following these steps: 1) Remove the current pontic group, 2) Select another goal, 3) Click Pontic on the left to add it

  End Goal indicates the last stage of the selected pontic group. The end goal can be changed from the dropdown.

  

• Advanced staging:

  Drag on one end of a pontic bar to change its stage range.
