The location of log

The log’s location:

• Windows:
  • C:/Users/[YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM USER NAME]/AppData/LocalLow/Archform/Archform/Player.log
  • C:/Users/[YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM USER NAME]/AppData/LocalLow/Archform/Archform/Player-prev.log
  • You will probably need to make hidden items visible: View > Hidden items
• macOS:
  • /Users/[YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM USER NAME]/Library/Logs/ArchForm/ArchForm/Player.log
  • /Users/[YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM USER NAME]/Library/Logs/ArchForm/ArchForm/Player-prev.log
  • You will probably need to make hidden items visible: Ctrl+Shift+. </aside>

Log files can also be exported by clicking Export Log Files in Settings.

The location of database

Please note: This database file contains all of your current ArchForm patient data on this PC.
