The Dashboard is a patient management portal that syncs with the Desktop App. It allows you to keep track of patients throughout the entire workflow as well as submit the patient for alignment by an ArchForm orthodontist or technician.
You can start a patient in either the Desktop App or the Dashboard.
Creating a patient record in the Dashboard
1: To create a new patient, click + New Patient.

2: Enter patient info and upload files, photos, and x-rays. Patient’s .stl flies or setup files are required.
3: Select bundle & order type.
4: Complete prescription.
Prescription and Clinical Conditions include all the details for the patient's prescription. If you are submitting the patient to ArchForm for alignment, make sure to fill out all relevant information.
Click photos/X-rays to preview while filling prescriptions. Use the toolbar below to adjust and save images.

When you create a patient with alignment, you can adjust your prescription with the help of the 3D model, which is generated by the scan files uploaded in the first step.
5: Preview the patient info & order info.
6: When you have filled out all necessary information, click Submit to create the patient record or click Save as draft to save draft patient. The patient now appears in the patients list and can be viewed in the Desktop App, Web Editor and Web Viewer by using the Review Setup button.
You can quickly create a patient with retainer order in the Dashboard.
1: To create a new patient, go to https://dashboard2.archform.com/retainer. Or you can click + New Patient with Retainer in the Dashboard.
