With the use of the Clean and Smooth features, you can remove brackets and attachments from imported scan files. After reconstructed, the model surface can also be edited in the Verify Teeth step and in treatment planning.

• Clean: Use the Clean tool to remove brackets.
  1. Shift arch by clicking Upper or Lower in the Clean ****panel on the right.
  2. Adjust the size to be cleaned by dragging the slider or entering the values. Use shortcut keys "[" and "]" can adjust brush size as well. Click the unwanted part to remove it.
  3. Click Done.
• Smooth: Use the Smooth tool to smooth the trimming edges.
  1. Click Upper or Lower in the Smooth panel on the right, drag the gray circle to smooth.
  2. Drag the slider or enter values to adjust strength and size.
  3. Use shortcut keys "[" and "]" can adjust smooth size as well.
  4. Click Done.
