  1. Patient Management

    1.1 Create Patient

    1.1.1 Normal Creation

    1. Click + New Patient to create a new patient record.

    2. Enter basic information.

    3. Select bundle & order type.

    4. Complete prescription.

    5. Preview the patient info & order info.

    6. Submit this patient or save as a draft.

    1.1.2 Create Patient with Retainer Order

    You can quickly create a patient with retainer order in the Dashboard.

    1. Click + New Patient with Retainer in ******the dropdown list ******to create a new patient record for retainer manufacturing.

    2. Enter basic information and submit.

    1.2 Migrate Patient

    1. In the patient page in the Dashboard v2, get started by using Click to Migrate on the top.

    2. Enter patient info and save.

    1.3 Edit Patient

    1. Click Edit Patient to modify patient info.

    1.4 Delete & Restore Patients

    1.4.1 Delete Patients

    1. If you need to delete a patient, clicking Delete Patient will remove patient records. Deleted patient could be found and restored later.

    1.4.2 Restore Patients

    1. Click Deleted Patients in the avatar dropdown menu to open the deleted patients list.

    2. Click Back to Patient to exit the deleted patients list.

    3. Support sorting by Deleted Patient, Created Date and Deleted Date. Click the title of a column to sort the list.

    4. Click on deleted patient records could open and view the deleted patient details.

    5. Click Recover to restore the deleted patient.

    1.5 View All Patients

    1. To view all patients, click Patients to open the patients list.
    2. Click to filter the draft patient in the list.
    3. In patient list, click on the title of a column to sort by different rules. Support sorting by Patient, Created Date and Appointment Date.
    4. Review Setup:

    You can review the setup in either way.

    A: Open in Desktop App: Click to open the latest setup version in the ArchForm Desktop App.

    B: Open in Web Editor: Click to open the latest setup version in the Web Editor.

    C: Open in Web Viewer: Click to open the latest setup version in the Web Viewer.

  2. Order Management

    2.1 Create Order

    1. Click +New Order to create alignment order, manufacturing order, or subscribe bundle.

    2. Select an order type, and the bundle if needed.

    3. Complete order information.

      1. When creating a new alignment order, the prescription from the previous order will be automatically pre-filled for your convenience.
    4. Click Submit to place an order.

      1. You can view order information in patient detail.

        For alignment orders

      2. Click to view the prescription of this order.

      3. View 3D models in the Desktop App.

      If you want to edit the 3D models, please reach out to ArchForm.

    2.2 Create Refinement Order

    Creating a refinement allows you to redo the treatment plan from the beginning. You can submit a refinement order after accepting a setup on an alignment order, with a new pair of scan files.

    2.3 Modify Order

    Click more options to open the dropdown menu and use these dropdown items to manage the status of orders.

    For self alignment orders:

    1. Click Edit Alignment Order to edit prescription. You can edit orthodontist alignment orders and technician alignment orders in Submitted/Hold status.
    2. Click Start to Plan to start alignment work.
    3. Click Upload Setup to upload a setup.
    4. Click Re-Plan to move an order from Accepted to Planning.
    5. Click Hold to suspend an order.
    6. Click Archived to delete an order.
    7. Click Re-Enable to activate an order from Hold or Archived.

    For in office manufacturing orders:

    2.4 Delete Order

    1. To delete an order, click Delete on the dropdown menu.

    You can delete self alignment orders or in office manufacturing orders. If you want to delete other orders, please reach out to ArchForm.

    2.5 Setup Management

    1. Click Open in Web Viewer, Open in Web Editor or Open in Desktop App to open this setup in Web Viewer, Web Editor or Desktop App.
    2. Click Accept Setup to accept this setup.
    3. Click Need Changes to ask for a modification of this setup.
    4. Click Download to download this setup file.
    5. Click Shareable 3D Web Viewer Link to generate the shareable Link of this setup.
    6. Click Delete in the setup dropdown menu to delete the setup version.

    2.6 View Orders

    2.6.1 Orders

    1. Click Orders to open the order list. Order list contains all orders.
    2. Click to filter this list by status.
