How to add sequential distalization to treatment plans
The Sequential Distalization tool automatically creates the necessary goals for distalization without having to add goals manually.
To add sequential distalization to a treatment plan, all you need to do is distalize the teeth, and the software automatically calculates the goals.
- Move second molar, first molar, and then premolars into their final position.
- Repeat on opposite side.
- Click Sequential Distalization.
- Confirm action by clicking Yes.
Your treatment plan now includes four goals that sequence out your distalization into discrete movements for better anchorage.
You can create quickly create sequential distalization by using the Curve tool to plan your distalization and then clicking Sequential Distalization to add the needed goals.
